Harris & Hart Attorneys at Law was founded in 2012 by attorneys Dana Harris and Brette Hart. Our partners have more than 50 years of experience in insurance litigation and appeals.
We provide representation to individuals, businesses and insurers throughout Kansas and Missouri. As one of the leading experts in civil litigation in the Kansas City area, we represent insurers, policyholders and the injured in litigation involving personal automobile, commercial, trucking, homeowner and business insurance policies. After handling over 10,000 cases on behalf of automotive insurance companies, we are now working as car accident lawyers for plaintiffs. For plaintiffs we have recovered over $5,000,000. We also tackle special cases beyond personal injury, including representing plaintiffs for Title IX lawsuits, employment discrimination, civil conspiracy and other matters arising from the negligence of others.
