Our Story

Harris & Hart Attorneys at Law was founded in 2012 by attorneys Dana Harris and Brette Hart. Our partners have more than 50 years of experience in insurance litigation and appeals.

We provide representation to individuals, businesses and insurers throughout Kansas and Missouri. As one of the leading experts in civil litigation in the Kansas City area, we represent insurers, policyholders and the injured in litigation involving personal automobile, commercial, trucking, homeowner and business insurance policies.
